One Drink at the time will be allowed per person.

The team has the right to stop to serve drinks if customers start to show intoxicated behaviour.

We do respect our neighbourhood so this is why we have the rule to stop Karaoke Session at 5.30pm.

We do allow people to stand and sing if the venue allows it. If there are many bookings, it might be hard to go around the venue always in respect of others.

We want to remind that we do serve BOTTOMLESS PACKAGE FROM WEDNESDAY TO SUNDAY FROM 12 PM TIL 8.30 PM.

Karaoke Session is a fun and entertaining aspect of our package but the venue might be louder than usual if your booking is booked during karaoke time. Karaoke starts every Friday from 2 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 12 pm til 5.30 pm

If you like to  still enjoy our Bottomless and our vibe we suggest to book Bottomless Festa outside the Karaoke Session

We remind that we do charge 10% surcharge during the weekends and public holidays and 10% service charge for groups of 15 people and above. This is to ensure a great, smooth  and efficient service.

PACKAGES POLICY

• Reservations can be made online, over the phone, or in-person.
   

  Thank you for considering FORTUNA DRINK& EAT your dining experience. We look forward to providing you with an authentic Italian ambiance complemented by our exquisite bottomless package.

  Please note a 10% Surcharge during the weekend and 10% service charge on groups above 15 people.
  This is to ensure extra hands and a great and smooth service for big groups.

  Groups of less than 15 people will pay only 10% surcharge weekend or public holidays eventually.

  To ensure that we can accommodate you and your guests with the utmost attention to detail, the following cancellation policy applies to group reservations of any size:

  Deposit Requirement:

  We won’t ask a deposit however we do collect a credit card details and we do charge % per person in case of cancellation within 5 days or no show up of the package the customer picked.

  Cancellation Notice:

  Should you need to cancel your group reservation,
  5 days notice 0 %
  4 days notice 20%
  3days notice 30 %
  2 days notice 50%
  1 day notice 100 %
  no notice 100%

  we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 5 DAYS notice prior to your scheduled reservation time. This allows us to offer the space to other guests and make necessary adjustments to our staffing and inventory.

  Reduction in Group Size:

  Should the number of guests in your party decrease, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

  We will adjust your reservation accordingly

  No-Show Policy: No notice and no show will require 100% per person of the package.

  Late Arrival: Please be advised that we can only hold your table for max to 30 minutes the reserved time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced dining time or loss of the reservation.

  We will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, but this cannot be guaranteed.
