Cancellation Policy for the Bottomless Karaoke Taylor Swift Edition Event
General Policy: All sales for the Bottomless Karaoke Taylor Swift Edition Event are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided once a booking is made, regardless of circumstances. 10% deposit is required to ensure your booking.
Notification of Cancellation: If you can no longer attend the event, please inform us immediately. While refunds will not be available, this allows us to manage seating arrangements and potentially accommodate others on a waiting list.
No-Show Policy: Guests who do not show up for the event without prior notice will be marked as a ‘no-show.’ No refunds will be given to no-shows, and their seats may be offered to other patrons or remain vacant.
Event Alteration or Postponement: In the unlikely event that we need to alter, reschedule, or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, we will offer a voucher for the amount paid, valid for other events or services at Fortuna for a period of six months. No cash refunds will be provided.
