Once you’re settled in, our talented team will go around to each group, picking a few classic songs to add to the karaoke playlist. It’s your chance to take the stage, show off your singing skills, and create unforgettable memories.

**IMPORTANT**
One Drink at the time will be served per person. The team has the right to stop to serve drinks if customers start to show intoxicated behaviors. We do respect our neighborhood so this is why we have the rule to stop Karaoke Session at 5.30pm.
We do allow people to stand and sing if the venue allows it. If there are many bookings, it might be hard to go around the venue.
In the venue we do not provide any screen, the concept is just to pick your favorite songs, sing while sipping and eating and create a great vibe connecting with each group!
We want to remind that we do serve BOTTOMLESS PACKAGE FROM WEDNESDAY TO SUNDAY FROM 12 PM TIL 8.30 PM.
Karaoke Session is a fun and entertaining aspect of our package but the venue might be louder than usual if your booking is booked during karaoke time. If you like to still enjoy our Bottomless and our vibe we suggest to book Bottomless Festa outside the Karaoke Session (After 5.30pm)
We remind that we do charge 10% surcharge during the weekend & Public Holidays and 10% service charge for groups of 15 people and above. This is to ensure a great, smooth and efficient service.

PACKAGES POLICY
CAKEAGE
Please note we do charge $4 pp Cakeage in case you’d like us to cut it and serve it. We can store it without charge so we do suggest in case to organize your own tableware in case of cake.
Reservations can be made online, over the phone, or in-person.

Please note a 10% Surcharge during the weekend and 10% service charge on groups above 15 people.
This is to ensure extra hands and a great and smooth service for big groups.
Groups of less than 15 people will pay only 10% surcharge weekend or public holidays eventually.
To ensure that we can accommodate you and your guests with the utmost attention to detail, the following cancellation policy applies to every reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
We strictly require at least 24 hours notice for group from 1 pax to 8 pax
We do require at least 72 Hours for groups of 8 pax and above.
Please note, the booking will be confirmed only when the paylink is completed.
We do require final guests confirmation for any kind of Set menus, or group size +8 pax and above within 74 hours of the booking day.
Please understand that for us in order to provide the best service and accommodate our groups we do need to stick to this rule. This allows us to offer the space to other guests and make necessary adjustments to our staffing and inventory.
This might involve a charge of $20 pp in case of sudden cancellation within 72 hours. We do understand things can happen but we won’t be able to accept if a big drop of guests occur.
Reduction in Group Size:
Should the number of guests in your party decrease, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance. Please note We might charge also if people suddenly drop within 24 hours. We do understand things could happen but please do understand the commitment.
We will adjust your reservation accordingly
No-Show Policy: No notice and no show will take the Pre-Authorisation deposit
Late Arrival:We do hold your table until 15 min. Please note your 2 hours might be affected and be reduced.
We will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, but this cannot be guaranteed.
