As food lovers, we make sure to not have any wastage and we require a left over fee of $8 pp .
A 10% service charge is applied for groups of 15 people and above. This is to ensure extra staffing and being able to provide a smooth and efficient service.

Customers are not able to decide for Pasta Flavours during this Package. Our team will go around serving the mentioned (see photo) Pastas dishes in rotation and you customers can say yes or not and then wait for the next round!

CANCELLATION POLICY A LA CARTE MENU:

We look forward to providing you with an authentic Italian ambiance complemented by our exquisite bottomless package.
Please note a 10% Surcharge during the weekend and 10% service charge on groups above 15 people.
This is to ensure extra hands and a great and smooth service for big groups.
Deposit Requirement: We won’t take any deposit, however, we do require a cancellation within 24 hours
of your booking day and time to avoid $20 per person charge through the credit card provided.
Please be aware that during the high demand on Christmas time, we do not guarantee indoor seatings.
This means that the team will try their best on fitting people inside but depending also
when your booking has been done, might go on our otudoor area. We will send emails few days
before to each booking to confirm outdoor seatings.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SET MENU 15 pax GROUP RESERVATIONS: (THIS INCLUDE BOTTOMLESS PACKAGES + PASTA NIGHT + FRIDAY NIGHT PACKAGES)

Groups of less than 15 people will pay only 10% surcharge weekend eventually.
To ensure that we can accommodate you and your guests with the utmost attention to detail,
the following cancellation policy applies to group reservations of any size:
Deposit Requirement ( This is valid for any group size for set menu and dining packages )
We won’t ask a deposit however we do collect a credit card details and we do charge
% per person in case of cancellation within 5 days or no show up of the package the customer picked.
Cancellation Notice:
Should you need to cancel your group reservation,
5 days notice 20 %
4 days notice 20%
3days notice 30 %
2 days notice 40%
1 day notice 100 %
no notice 100%
We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 5 DAYS notice prior to your scheduled reservation time.
This allows us to offer the space to other guests and make necessary adjustments to our staffing and inventory.
Reduction in Group Size: Should the number of guests in your party decrease, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
We will adjust your reservation accordingly.
No-Show Policy: No notice and no show will require 100% per person of the package.
Late Arrival: Please be advised that we can only hold your table for max to 30 minutes the reserved time.
Late arrivals may result in a reduced dining time or loss of the reservation.
We will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, but this cannot be guaranteed.
